Dont get me wrong, I think Greg Olsen is ok, I dont want him back here coaching anything, but I dont think he is horrible either. But Jacksonville? A team that had the Bucs right where they wanted them..down 14-0, and poored it on for a 41-14 win?
Did they not realize this game was the nail in the coffin for Raheem Morris and his entire staff? Or were they that impressed with Olsen’s best play calling of the year, the opening drive where the Bucs scored their only opening drive TD of the season. That 4th down risky pass to Tight End Kellen Winslow Jr got him a job in the same place everything else fell apart.
Dont get me wrong, I dont think the 2012 Bucs are going to be an offensive juggernaut by any means, But I also dont see Josh Freeman struggling to accomplish about 3 or 4 opening drive TDs next year. So what does that say about Greg Olsen?
It says he’s now the Jacksonville Jaguars problem! And I cant say I wont be on some Jags message board next year to look for the “Greg Olsen sucks” comments that so littered our sites last year!
