Tampa Bay will have to sum up all of its strength after playing 5 quarters of football just 4 days ago, especially the defense that was on the field for basically 90 plays give or take a few! But its not impossible…The Bucs will have to do it however with the biggest MASH unit of running backs ever seen. Only Green Bays running attack is worse and thats because they dont have the depth on the roster.

screen-shot-2016-11-03-at-9-48-08-amThe Bucs will be going with a combined attack of Peyton Barber and Antone Smith, and may the best man win! (were rooting for both to win actually!) After giving up the skies above RayJay to Oakland receivers, Atlanta comes into town with better pass catchers, a more experienced QB in Matt Ryan an list of injuries themselves. RB Tevin Coleman has been ruled out for the game so Davonte Freeman will do another solo effort.

At stake is a possible half game lead in 1st place if the Bucs can beat the Bears next week when Atlanta takes their show to Philadelphia to go against the top flight defense of the Eagles.  Tampa Bay, along with New Orleans, are 1.5 games out of first, but a loss to Atlanta really hurts the Bucs playoff chances as slim as they are.

Slim only because the truth is, this Bucs team is NOT a playoff calibur team, they are at least one draft or perhaps two away from that level, yet Bucs fans dont want to face this music, instead building up  inflated expectations that will frustrate fans later.

Remember Bucs fans, it wasn’t that long ago the Bucs were not even competitive in the NFL games they were playing, and now they are; they have a winning record on the road, are undefeated in the division, and that too goes up on the line today!

Buccaneers faithful will fill Raymond James hoping for a seemingly evading Home Win opportunity, when in fact THIS CURRENT TEAM is only 0-3 at home this year, with two CLOSE losses. Last year the Bucs were 3-5 at home, so dont listen to media who will fuel the “Bucs are 3-16 at home” talk when half of this roster was not on the team in 2014 when it lost 8 home games!

A win tonight on national TV goes a long way to getting things right in BucLand USA!!
